To use Notbet, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via your profile settings.

2. Description of Services

Notbet Exchange

Notbet Exchange is a free-to-play sports trading platform that operates without any real-money betting or gambling. All activity is based on Ɓ coin (“Bettercoin”) — a digital reward coin used exclusively within the Notbet ecosystem.

Bettercoin is a virtual, non-transferable in-platform currency with no real-world monetary value, and it cannot be exchanged, traded, redeemed, gifted, or withdrawn for fiat or cryptocurrency. It does not represent ownership, equity, or any financial interest in any company or asset.

While future utility may be considered, there is no guarantee that Bettercoin will ever be tradeable or possess any functionality beyond the Notbet platform. Any such development would be subject to separate legal and regulatory review. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to sell or exchange Bettercoin outside of Notbet.

Notbet Pro

Notbet Pro is an advanced sports analytics tool, developed exclusively by Better Entertainment Ltd. It is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and must not be construed as betting or investment advice. You use Notbet Pro entirely at your own risk.

A subscription is required for full access to Notbet Pro. Subscriptions may be purchased and cancelled at any time, with applicable notice periods as described during the purchase process.

3. No Liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We assume no liability for:

Any decisions made based on content or analytics,
Use or misuse of the platform or its features,
Loss or inaccessibility of virtual assets or data,
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Notbet.

All services are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only. Notbet does not provide betting advice. Notbet Pro and other features are not to be used outside of the Notbet Exchange.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, data, and proprietary technology (including but not limited to Notbet Pro and Ɓ coin) are the exclusive property of Better Entertainment Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Engaging in fraud, impersonation, or multi-account abuse,
Manipulating market features or platform mechanics,
Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform,
Using automation, bots, or scrapers.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or revocation of access.

6. Privacy & Data Management

We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.
You may delete your account and associated data anytime via user settings.
